Ingredients:
- 2 six ounce filets of white fish (such as cod, whiting, haddock, or pollock)
- 2 Meyer lemons
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut one and a half lemons into slices. Line an ovenproof skillet with half of the lemon slices.
Place the fish filets on top of the lemon slices and generously cover with fresh ground pepper and sprinkle with salt.
Cover the fish with the remaining lemon slices.
Squeeze remaining half lemon over the fish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until opaque.
