Anna is a professionally trained chef, chef instructor, and registered dietitian. She blends a love of cooking with her passion for healthy living by guiding and instructing others on clinical nutrition, meal planning, culinary arts, and nutrition education.
Experience:
Anna is currently the corporate dietitian for one of the world's leading Italian food companies where she works in the research, development, and marketing of new products. She was previously the corporate dietitian for Yakult, an international probiotic company, where she educated health professionals and consumers on the benefits of probiotics. The California Health & Longevity Institute at the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort in Westlake Village, CA retains her as a chef instructor and consulting dietitian. She also has a nutrition consulting and culinary education practice called Eat Chic.
Anna developed her clinical expertise as a clinical dietitian at St. John’s Health Center in Los Angeles; her practice focused on oncology, cardiac care, diabetes management, gastrointestinal disorders, and many more nutritional issues. She has been recognized as a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Education:
Anna is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art with a degree in Culinary Arts and New York University with a degree in Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health.
