Whenever I think of shortbread, I immediately think back to when I was a kid and traveled around Scotland and brought back Walkers Shortbread home to my family. I had no idea they sold Walker's in the US at that time, but then again I was kid so what did I know? Regardless, I knew I enjoyed the rich buttery flavor and wanted more. More recently, I was looking for a sugar free version of shortbread and found Murray Sugar Free Shortbread.
